To ensure a smooth, disciplined, and productive learning environment, all students and parents are requested to follow the general instructions mentioned below:
Students must attend school regularly and arrive on time.
A minimum of 75% attendance is required to appear for examinations.
Leave of absence must be submitted in writing and duly signed by the parent/guardian.
Repeated late arrival may result in disciplinary action.
Students must maintain discipline within the school premises at all times.
Polite and respectful behavior is expected towards teachers, staff, and fellow students.
Any act of bullying, teasing, or misconduct will lead to strict action.
Students must follow classroom rules and maintain silence in academic areas.
Wearing the complete school uniform is compulsory.
Uniform must be neat, clean, and properly worn.
Hair must be clean and well-groomed; girls must tie long hair.
Nails must be trimmed; no nail polish or makeup is allowed.
ID cards must be worn every day.
Students must complete homework and assignments on time.
Participation in class activities and school functions is encouraged.
Books and notebooks must be well-maintained and brought daily as per the timetable.
Use of mobile phones, cameras, or any electronic gadgets is strictly prohibited.
If found, such items will be confiscated and returned only to parents with a warning.
Students must take care of school property and avoid damaging furniture or materials.
Maintain cleanliness in classrooms, corridors, and the school campus.
Littering is strictly discouraged.
Parents are requested to attend PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings) regularly.
Any change in address or contact number must be updated in the school office.
Parents should check the school diary daily for updates and notices.
Note: Failure to follow the above instructions may lead to disciplinary actions including warnings, suspension, or other appropriate measures.
